Dear Polmeth Readers:

The Center for Social Media and Politics invites applications for
a tenure-track position in Social Media and Computational Social
Science.

This is an interdisciplinary search, open to scholars across disciplines.
The faculty member hired will join the appropriate academic department
within the school of Arts and Science at NYU.

Methodologically, applicants should demonstrate a mastery of quantitative
and/or computational methods in the social sciences. Substantively,
applicants should have research interests that align with and/or
compliment the areas of interest at CSMaP (https://csmapnyu.org).

For further information or to apply: https://apply.interfolio.com/129573

KEY FACT: Initial application review will begin Sept 15, 2023.

NOTE: This search is distinct from the NYU Department of Politics
search in American Politics. Interested candidates are encouraged
to apply to both slots separately if they feel they fit both positions.
For the American Politics Position: https://apply.interfolio.com/128720

If you want additional information, please reach out to me
([log in to unmask]) or Josh Tucker ([log in to unmask]).

look forward to reading many stellar applications,

-jonathan
