Hello everybody,

I wanted to alert everybody to a new dataset I've put together. I've spend
much of the last couple weeks collecting and cleaning the official,
certified county-level results from last month's election. I've made the
data publicly available at: http://dx.doi.org/10.7910/DVN/MLLQDH

At that link, you'll find county-level returns for president, Senate, US
House, and governor elections in each state. I've organized the each set of
races into "long" and "wide" versions. The long versions contain vote
totals for every candidate that appeared on the ballot. The wide versions
collapse the data for easier analysis of the two-party vote share.

I hope you all find the data helpful. Let me know if you have any questions.

Best,

Stephen
