Dear all

I am looking for basic demographics for US state legislative districts
in the 1980s, in particular registered voters by race. I am aware of
the ROAD project, but as far as I can tell it aggregates census data
by MCD-group, which don't necessarily nest in state legislative
districts.

I am also looking for a whole-US map of 1980s state legislative
districts, so that I can map US counties to the districts. (Seems
basic, but I haven't found anything so far!)

Thanks in advance,
David Hugh-Jones
