Although the affirmative action office has not given formal approval the
text of our advertisements, I'd like to note before APSA that Penn State
will be looking to fill three positions this year:

        1. Political methodology -- likely to be at the assistant or associate level
Search chair is Suzie DeBoef ([log in to unmask])
        2. Comparative politics -- assistant or associate
Search chair is Lee Ann Banaszak ([log in to unmask])
        3. American politics -- rank open
Search chair is Frank Baumgartner ([log in to unmask])

Feel free to contact the search contacts or department head Donna Bahry
([log in to unmask]) to inquire as a potential applicant or to nominate a
student or colleague.
