Folks:

I am looking to determine which congressperson or people represent each
metropolitan area (specifically for 1994 and 1998).  I am currently
comparing congressional districts to metropolitan areas with GIS
software but was wondering if someone has already done this.

All politics is local, so they say, but few national politicians
actually are ...
