Dear PolMeth Community,

We are looking for experts and projects for our Summer School on
Computational Social Science of Democratic Debate.
http://css.bigsss-bremen.de

The summer school takes place in Bremen (Germany), at the campus of the
Constructor University from July 3 to 12, 2023.
The ten-day summer school is also a research incubator. That means that,
besides listening to lectures and hands-on workshops, experts and
participants work together on a publishable research project. The
results of former schools were published as an edited volume and in
scientific journals.

You can find the call for experts here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/11IEaBvr_W44ummS938LKEZf62lpNGTwI8mToHWyEAD4/export?format=pdf

It includes details about how to apply or contact us before.

We offer travel expenses, accommodation, meals and the opportunity to
work on a research question in a lively environment.
Admission is will be on a rolling basis without a deadline. The first
round of decisions will be made around March 14. Ideally, send your
application by March 12. The line up of project shall be completed by
end of March.

This edition, the summer school is followed by the three-day Workshop on
Opinion Dynamics and Collective Decisions taking place at the same
venue. Please visit http://odcd.janlo.de/ for more information.

With kind regards,

The organizers: Jan Lorenz, Bruce Edmonds, Marijn Keijzer
