We have an open call at the department for an Assistant Professor in Political Science (the call is posted in the APSA eJobs). We are open with respect to field, but we require methods strength as we host the Method Winter School every year in July (top in the region, in partnership with Essex beginning 2020). The department right now has 8 members (3 economists and 5 polisci), each one does research in his/her preferred area and the common ground is our Master in Public Policy, which is top in the country. We are doing two searches, 1 in polisci and 1 in economics. Salary is regionally competitive and the department is highly competitive, I think, in polisci in the region in terms of publications and methods. We are looking for a research oriented young colleague.
