Applications are invited for a temporary appointment as Lecturer/ Assistant
Professor (below the bar) in the School of Politics and International
Relations. The person appointed will be expected to contribute to research
and teaching in the School. We are particularly interested in applicants
with teaching and research interests in research methods and comparative
politics. The post will also entail research supervision at undergraduate
and graduate levels and a commensurate contribution to School
administration.

The School of Politics and International Relations is a globally
top-ranked, research-active school with teaching and research interests
across the fields of politics, international relations, political theory,
international political economy, international development and others. It
is committed to the highest standards in undergraduate and graduate
teaching and research supervision.

*95 Lecturer/Assistant Professor (below the bar) Salary Scale**: **€33,148
- €58,178 per annum*

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of
Finance guidelines.
