You can usually get these online via the various state election divisions.  You may need to do some hand-entering; usually you just need to exercise various Excel tricks to get things to work.

Maybe someone has already put together the dataset, but I would suggest just starting to contact the state election divisions.  That will be faster than endlessly e-mailing people, hoping there's a canned dataset out there.
