Hello Polmeth Community,

A friendly reminder that abstracts for ACIC 2022 are due *Tuesday, March 15
(tomorrow!)*.  ACIC is an interdisciplinary conference designed to bring
together researchers, students, and practitioners of causal inference with
emphasis on theory, methodology, and application.

ACIC benefits from diverse voices and experiences.  We welcome applicants
of all identities and backgrounds.  Our community is strengthened by *your*
voice; please consider joining us.

   for both oral presentations (15-20 minutes) and posters *by tomorrow,
   March 15*. We especially encourage submissions from early career
   researchers. (Please note, ACIC is not accepting submissions for whole

   Junior Researcher Travel Grants Available --- Apply Today! Thanks to
   generous funding from a National Science Foundation (NSF) new researchers
   award, *we are pleased to offer at least 25 travel grants for junior
   researchers attending ACIC 2022*. NSF funding is available to cover
   registration and travel expenses up to $1,000, with priority for junior
   faculty and postdocs. For more information and to apply, please visit

   webpage.  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning March
   10, 2022; travel grant recipients will be notified by April 1, 2022.

   Accepting Applications for Student/Postdoc Travel Grants. We are also
   excited that ACIC 2022 is able to provide multiple travel grants for
   students and postdocs, up to $1,000 for registration and travel costs. For
   more information and to apply, please visit ACIC's Travel Grant Programs

   has already started and will continue on a rolling basis; grant recipients
   will be announced by April 1, 2022. If you are a Postdoc, please apply
   for this award. We will automatically consider your application for the
   Junior Researcher Award also.

   Pre-Conference Workshop Sessions Posted. ACIC 2022 will feature 8
   pre-conference workshops (2 full-day workshops and 6 half-day workshops) on

   ACIC 2022 Data Challenge is Open! This year’s ACIC data challenge,
   organized by Mathematica Policy Research and the Society for Causal
   Inference, opened on Feb. 15, with submissions due April 15. For more

   Volunteers needed for ACIC 2022. If you are a Cal student/staff (or
   local to the area) and are interested in attending the conference, it may
