Dear Colleagues,

My co-authors (Nour Abdul-Razzak and Carlo Prato) and I are looking for data on state government outlays (or data on discretionary spending) at district-level, ideally at least one cycle before and after 2010. Does anyone know of data sources for that information, or whether someone has already collected the information and organized into a data set?
We would also be interested in other measures of state legislators' efforts in their state legislature, such as number of bills introduced, participation to roll call voting, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
