documents," please note the following:
1.  the Editorial Office at the University of Texas at Dallas has
received, and continues to receive, pdf versions of such that are
submitted for review;
2.  the Copy Editor at Ohio State has copyedited, and continues to
hard-copy edit, pdf versions of such that are accepted for publication;
3.  the Production Editor at Blackwell has put into production, and
continues to put into production, the pdf version which allows her to
final check the article.
