Colleagues,

I am writing to encourage those of you attending the Southern PSA meeting
in Atlanta this week to drop by the Political Methodology panels
scheduled on Thursday and Saturday (see attached).

After last year's meeting, with a single methods panel that wasn't listed
in the conference bulletin, an impressive roster of scholars generously
answered my call to help revitalize the methods section in the SPSA.
Despite some disruption caused by Hurricane Katrina, the section this
year will feature four panels -- plus a Roundtable that might be of
special interest to this group because it is intended to continue, in
more polite terms, a discussion that began here:
