The Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project (ACLED
<https://acleddata.com/>) is hiring a Data Officer to assist with data
management and data processing. ACLED is a disaggregated data collection,
analysis, and crisis mapping project. The position is full-time, remote,
and open to applicants globally.

This position is a good fit for someone with intermediate R skills,
experience in data management, and a background in conflict studies. The
successful candidate will work on data management issues and challenges for
the organization.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, flexible team player with a passion
for working with data! Preference will be given to candidates based in
Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.
