Dear all

I am currently thinking about content for Political Data Analysis paper and
wish to focus on some aspect of human rights. In particular I am considering
something relating to torture, the high prevalence of HIV/AIDS in
sub-Saharan Africa or humanitarian intervention (ideally with a heavy focus
on Rwanda and the dubious French intervention in 1994). Can anybody point me
in the direction of useful data sets that might help me to frame questions
in any of these fields and begin to develop hypothese.

Many thanks

David Orr
