Dear all,

The Massive Data Institute (MDI)  <https://mdi.georgetown.edu/>and the
McCourt School of Public Policy seek a postdoctoral fellow with research
interests at the intersection of social media, generative AI, computational
methods, and politics. *The Postdoc Fellow is expected to engage only in
research. *

The postdoc will be part of a project led by Professor Lisa Singh
<https://people.cs.georgetown.edu/~singh/>(Computer Science & McCourt
School of Public Policy), Tiago Ventura
<https://www.venturatiago.com/> (McCourt
School of Public Policy), and Leticia Bode
<https://lbode.wordpress.com/> (Communication,
Culture, and Technology) titled Generative AI, Humanness, and
Misinformation in the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election. The project will
focus on assessing 1) the veracity and 2) the humanness of election-related
content shared on various social media platforms.
