Hi all--

Does anyone have the Gelman-King incumbency index for 2002 and 2004? I have searched high and low, and most things stop in 2000. I am creating a data set for 2006, but could use these for comparative purposes.

Any help at all is appreciated.

Many thanks--

Dan Ponder
