The Harris Graduate School of Public Policy Studies at the University of
Chicago invites applications for junior & senior faculty positions in
Political Economy and American Politics.  The School is especially
interested in research that addresses or informs policy questions,
political institutions and the policy process.  Junior applicants must
have completed a Ph.D. by September 2006 and have demonstrated strong
promise for a scholarly career.  Candidates should send a C.V., three
letters of recommendation, and writing samples. Senior applicants should
have a distinguished research career with a record of major scholarly
publications that are relevant to policy debates in their areas of
interest.  Candidates should send a C.V., list of references, and a
sample of published work.  To guarantee full consideration, applications
should be received by October 1, 2005, though applications will be
