We're hiring for a full-time, fully remote, Senior Research Specialist

initiative that tracks and mitigates political violence in the United
States.

In particular, the SRS will work closely with myself and other members of
BDI’s core team to review and analyze project data, create customized
visuals, briefings, memos, and public-facing reports, and provide
real-time, custom analysis to local leaders working to address political
violence, including in both short-term response and long-term research and
community support work.

*We are specifically interested in candidates with d**emonstrated
experience using R, as well as knowledge of the US political violence
environment. *This role is best-suited for those with 2-3+ years of
