The 9th edition of the Winter School in Methods and Data Analysis will be held from July 25th to August 5th, 2021, at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay in Montevideo. First-week courses (25-29 July) are virtual. Second-week courses (1-5 August) are held in person.
The Winter School offers introductory and methodological courses. The introductory courses offered are R, STATA and PYTHON, and a leveling course in Mathematics. The methodological courses cover several quantitative and qualitative research methods, research designs, as well as techniques for data collection and measurement, combining theoretical and hands-on (lab) sessions.
The Winter School offers a unique opportunity to get in touch with an interesting group of instructors as well as social scientists and professionals from diverse research fields and countries. More information and the 2022 course offering at https://ucu.edu.uy/es/eim
