We are looking for a full-time Director to further develop, implement, and lead our comprehensive research program focused on the implementation and research of GeoMatch AI tools to improve immigration and refugee integration outcomes around the world in our multi-country portfolio. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of GeoMatch will oversee, lead, and manage the strategic design, development, and implementation of all GeoMatch portfolio research projects; manage full-time GeoMatch research staff, postdocs, and faculty affiliate researchers; conceptualize, develop, and manage external research partnerships and projects with government agencies and practitioners; and manage the growth and impact of the GeoMatch portfolio, including shaping the portfolio’s short-, medium- and long-term planning and implementation strategy
