We will be hiring a post-doctoral researcher to be based at the University
of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland to work on the Norface network funded
EUINACTION project.  The position will be supervised by PI Dr Zachary
Greene and will work in collaboration with teams at the University of
Leiden and University of Mannheim to study the responsiveness of EU
institutions to domestic politics using quantitative text analysis and
machine learning approaches. You can find out more about the project here

candidates will have knowledge of theories of elections, party politics,
legislative behavior or the European Union and have experience of
quantitative research methods. The  expected start date for the project is
Sept 1, 2020 for 12 months with the possibility of extending  the position
to a maximum of 36 months subject to funding/resourcing. *Apply by July
