Public Policy Mood is now updated through 2016. It is available as
annual (1952-2016), biennial (1951-2016), and quarterly (1958.4-2016.4)
series. The annual series has bootstrapped standard errors.

Following recent practice Mood is estimated from survey questions
concerning the primary agenda, New Deal/Great Society/Scope of
Government issues. It does not include the social/cultural issue set or
race or abortion or the Trump platform of nationalism, immigration, and
trade.
