The Department of Political Science at Ohio State University invite applications for an open rank position in political methodology. The position is open with respect to field of specialization, if any. Candidates need to show excellence in quantitative research and will be expected to teach advanced quantitative methods courses. Tenured candidates will be considered for the Carter Phillips and Sue Henry Professorship. We have a wide variety of needs, including network analysis, machine learning, simulation, and causal inference however our priority is on excellence. Tenured candidates need only to send a vita and letter of interest. Junior candidates should send their vita, letter of interest, writing sample, research and teaching statements, and letters of recommendation.
