Dear Polmeth List Members,

Do any of you have, or know of a source, where I could get some, or all, of the following measures by state annually since 1980: percent of the population who are Catholic, percent of the population who are protestant fundamentalists (or fundamentalist Christians), and the abortion rate (e.g., abortions per 1,000 live births)?
