Hello all! I'm writing today to announce this year's APSA Information Technology & Politics Section Awards. Nominations are open and are due by April 1st. Awards will be presented at the 2024 APSA Conference. Here’s some information on each award: *Best Dissertation Award: award for the best dissertation in information technology & politics defended since our last APSA meeting. *Best Book Award: award for the best book in information technology & politics published in 2023. *Best Journal of Information Technology & Politics Article Award: award for the best article published in print in the Journal of Information Technology & Politics in 2023. *Best Conference Paper Award: award for the best conference paper presented in information technology & politics at the 2023 conference. *Best Student Paper Award: award for the best student paper presented in information technology & politics at the 2023 conference. *Best Public Facing Scholarship Award: award for the best public-facing scholarship in 2023. This includes blog posts and popular press publications intended for a broad public audience.
