Greetings, polmeth! The ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Methods is now accepting scholarship applications for its 2024 Program. These scholarships provide registration fee waivers for our General Sessions, a comprehensive methods training program comprising more than 40 courses and lectures, including intro stats, MLE, machine learning, longitudinal and panel data analysis, theoretical modeling, Bayes, and more. All General Session courses are offered in-person (on the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor) and online. Scholarships include: -- Scholarship for Political Science Research: Open to students pursuing a degree in Political Science with an interest in empirical methods -- Scholarship for Public Policy Research: Open to students pursuing a degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or Public Affairs with an interest in empirical methods -- Diversity Scholarship: Open to incoming and continuing graduate students from under-represented groups. The scholarship includes a stipend and room+board. -- Warren Miller Scholarship: Open to pre-tenure scholars, assistant professors, and students conducting research on electoral/political behavior.
