I've used I. Love's programs and, while they seem to work just fine,
there are a few elements that I did not find fully explained.
I moved to RATS where it is fairly straight forward to estimate a fixed
effects VAR model. (Done for my most recent APSA paper co-authored with
Bob Jackson, Melissa Neal, and JP Nelson). If you want more info on
that, maybe we should trade e-mails directly.
