Dear Jing Chen,
Barry Bosworth and Susan Collins at the Brookings Institution have
updated through the year 2000 the capital stock series produced by
Nehru and Dhareshwar (1993), as well as data on the size of the labor
force. I believe this data series includes all the country/units you
name except Hong Kong. The associated paper, Bosworth and Collins
(2003), which is also available on the web site, is very helpful in
describing the assumptions used to produce the the data.
