ICPSR OFFERS SPRING COURSES
For the first time, the ICPSR "summer program" will offer two short
courses in the spring of 2006.
Social Network Analysis: An Introduction
Instructor: Stanley Wasserman, Indiana University, April 7,8,9
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
This condensed and consolidated workshop will provide an excellent
introduction to the theory and use of network analysis methodology. It
is particularly useful for those who do not have the time in their
schedules to attend the longer traditional ICPSR Summer Program courses
on this topic.
Maximum Likelihood Estimation for the Analysis of Categorical Dependant
Variables
Instructor: Charles Franklin, University of Wisconsin May 5,6,7
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
This is an important subset of the material covered in the regular ICPSR
Summer Program courses on MLE, as well as Categorical Analysis.
