There's a program called dBank (for Windows) by Sam Ouliaris at
http://ideas.repec.org/c/cod/doswin/dbank.html that can read and
export IMF data. I haven't used it for ages, but last time I did it
worked like a charm. It's shareware, or was last I knew.
