Hi again-in going over this again, I realized that I don't need an index
for 02 because, well, none should exist due to redistricting.
Therefore, if anyone has the Gelman-King index for 04, please let me
know. I have a student working on it right now, but can save him the
trouble if someone already has it.
Thanks again--Dan

Subject: Incumbency Index
Hi all--
Does anyone have the Gelman-King incumbency index for 2002 and 2004? I
have searched high and low, and most things stop in 2000. I am
creating a data set for 2006, but could use these for comparative
purposes.
Any help at all is appreciated.
Many thanks--
