Good places to look are: the excellent collection of data sources compiled by Paul Hensel: http://garnet.acns.fsu.edu/~phensel/data.html , and the data and research section of World Bank site: http://www.worldbank.org/ . BTW, Penn World Table 5.6 ends in 1992; Penn World Table 6.1 ends in 2000, so that could add another 8 years.
