now time to nominate papers, books, dissertations, and individuals for the
Experimental Research Section Awards (Best Paper Presented at APSA in 2019,
Best Dissertation Defended in 2019, Best Book Published in 2019, and Best
Public Service Award in 2019).  To submit a nomination, please fill out
