Summer workshops in statistics and research methods


Need to learn a specific methodological technique in just a few days?

ICPSR Summer Program short workshops are designed to provide you with the practical knowledge and hands-on skills you need to apply complex methods to your own research. Our short workshops are perfect for faculty members, researchers, and graduate students from all academic disciplines and backgrounds. 

From May through August 2019, the ICPSR Summer Program is offering more than 45 short workshops in 9 cities across the US, Canada, and Europe. Our short workshop schedule covers a broad range of quantitative topics--from introductory-level material to advanced, cutting-edge statistical techniques--as well as qualitative and mixed methods.

Group Discount for Academic Departments and Programs

The ICPSR Summer Program offers a group discount for academic departments or programs that send five or more participants within the same year. This discount may be used for both our four-week sessions and our short fee-carrying workshops. The discount rates are as follows: 

*	5–9 participants: 10% discount on their total registration fees
*	10–14 participants: 15% discount
*	15 or more participants: 20% discount

Participants must be from the same academic department or program in order to be eligible for the group discount. The group discount is not available for entire institutions. For more information, contact  <mailto:[log in to unmask]> [log in to unmask]
