Wesleyan University is looking to hire an Associate Director for the Quantitative Analysis Center to support quantitative and computational analyses across the university. More information about the position is below, but I'll briefly say that the Center is a fantastic resource for faculty research and that working with Wesleyan undergrads is rewarding. Wes students are intellectually curious and many are capable of conducting graduate-level analyses well before they leave.
Associate Director, Quantitative Analysis Center
The associate director of the center promotes and supports data analysis across the curriculum. The position will engage in diverse collaborations with faculty, students and staff across the university to facilitate data analysis work in teaching and research.
Reporting to the director of the center and under the guidance of the center's advisory board, the associate director will collaborate with faculty in the development and teaching of data analysis courses.
The person in this position will contribute to the further development of the "digital and computational knowledge initiative", work in the development of consulting services for scholarly work and assist with the integration of data analysis work in different courses and programs.
