Does anyone know where I can find "country-level" indexes for software
friendly environment or software development. I am looking for indexes that
measure (1) how friendly the environment is for software development or (2)
the level of software development. For example, the environment is friendly
for software development if the property right (or patent law) of software
is strong. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks!

Best,
Namho Kwon
