Jonathan Katz and I would like to congratulate Devin Caughey and Jasjeet S. Sekhon, as we have named their recent Political Analysis paper, "Elections and the Regression Discontinuity Design: Lessons from Close U.S. House Races, 1942-2008", as an Editors' Choice Article. Their article is freely available at http://pan.oxfordjournals.org/content/19/4/385.full.

All of the Editors' Choice Articles are freely available online to read at http://www.oxfordjournals.org/our_journals/polana/editorschoice.html.
