Data from the Comparative Candidate Survey (CCS) is available in the
form of an integrated dataset that includes the following elections:
Australia (2007); Austria (2008); Belgium (2007); Canada (2008); Denmark
(2011); Estonia (2011); Germany (2005 and 2009); Greece (2007); Hungary
(2010); Iceland (2009); Ireland (2007); Netherlands (2007); Portugal
(2009); Sweden (2010) and Switzerland (2007 and 2011).

The variables of the dataset can be classified in 5 large categories:
Political background and activities, Campaign of the candidate, Issues
and policies, Democracy and representation and Background of the candidate.
