I am pleased to announce that contracts have been signed, and that we

We are still looking at Spring 2013 as the publication date for the
	first issue.    Formal submissions will be possible soon via 
	manuscriptcentral at the formal website.   

Thanks to everyone who worked with us on this venture!   All the editors
	are excited about getting started with submissions!
