Hi.  I was curious if anyone were aware of any prior efforts to create a
data set consistent with the typology of agencies described in James
Wilson's book, "Bureaucracy."   Thus, government different programs or
agencies would be classified as either craft, production, coping, and
procedural.  Is anyone familiar with such an existing dataset, or one
similar?  Thanks.
