As many of you may have heard, last week George Rabinowitz of UNC's
political science department died suddenly of a heart attack while on
research leave in Norway with his wife and collaborator, Stuart
Macdonald.  As a distinguished scholar of voting behavior and research
methods, a dedicated teacher, and a magnificent colleague and friend,
George touched many lives—both near and far.  The political science
department at UNC set up a site for people to post their thoughts and
memories of George so that these can be passed along to his family and
friends.  If you would like to post your thoughts, the site is
http://uncpolisci.wordpress.com/.

All who knew George will miss him greatly.
