Subject: Williams award nominaitons re-opened

The Political Methodology Society is pleased to announce that the John 
Williams Award for best dissertation proposal is now accepting 
nominations, and will do so
through through May 7.  Please have a copy of the successful dissertation 
proposal and a letter of nomination/recommendation from the advisor sent
