The Department of Political Science invites applications for a position in statistical methodology, open rank, beginning August 2009. Candidates must have strong skills in developing and applying state-of-the-art techniques and a commitment to teaching graduate courses in statistical methods. While this position has a primary focus on methodology as a research, publishing, and teaching field, candidates should also have research and teaching interests in another area of the discipline. We seek candidates with a substantial publication record or a productive research program with significant publishing potential. A Ph.D. is required prior to start of appointment.
